Estimates are provided free of charge and are based on the information available at the time. Estimates are not final contracts and may change if the project scope, site conditions, or material costs change. All work is subject to a signed agreement before it begins.
We make every effort to complete work on the agreed timeline. However, schedules may be affected by weather, material availability, permitting, unforeseen site conditions, or other factors beyond our reasonable control. We will communicate any significant changes as promptly as possible.
Payment terms will be set out in your project agreement. Unless otherwise stated, invoices are due upon receipt. We reserve the right to pause work on overdue accounts.
Any workmanship warranty will be described in your project agreement. Manufacturer warranties on materials and products are provided by their respective manufacturers and are passed through to you where applicable. Warranties may be void if work is altered by others or if recommended maintenance is not performed.
